  5. Tammy, it is so true. Sometimes I have to bring myself back to Earth and remember I can't save all children, but I can make a difference in the lives of the children I come in contact with regardless of the length of time I spend with them. A friendly hello, a smile, or a hug can radiate warmth in a child's life.

  7. I like all of your quotes especially the one by Hermandez. We are here as teachers to make the difference in the life of the children and families we serve. The first quote also says it all we can make a difference in anything we do in our world only if care enough. For example, working in the field of early childhood we have to care about our students and their families in order to make the difference.

    this was my quote of choice that I enjoyed reading the most. I whole heartily agree with it because each and everyday I am in a classroom standing before children I count it an honor and privilege... The parents and guardians are sending off there most precious cargo in the morning just hoping they return with a new experience, word,or task complete that wasn't established before they got there.
